What this site is

Ensync is an early access list for a product that is not built yet. Ensync Labs runs this site. This page explains what happens to anything you give us.

What we collect

• Your email address and your agreement to receive email updates. Both are required to join the list.
• Your answers to the optional questions after you join, only if you choose to answer them.
• A random visitor identifier and which of our approved ad links first brought your browser here, so we can count visits and signups by channel.

When we collect it

Your email is stored only when you tick the permission box and submit the form. If you do not, your email is not stored or sent anywhere.

What we do with it

We email you about Ensync and any private beta. We use the visit counts to learn which channels work. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else touches it

• Loops stores the early access list and your optional answers, and sends our emails.
• PostHog receives coded visit and signup counts with the random identifier. It never receives your email, your answers, or the address of the page you came from.
• Vercel hosts the site.
• Cloudflare runs our domain and forwards email sent to our contact address.

Cookies

The site sets up to five first-party cookies: the random visitor identifier, a marker that your visit was counted, the approved link that first brought you here, a link to your own entry so your optional answers update it, and a list of other approved links you later arrived from. The cookies are signed or encrypted, cannot be read by page scripts, and are not used to target ads. The page loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and optional answers for 365 days after you join, then delete them. We delete them sooner if you ask us to.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@getensync.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will do it.
